Since I’m all about lists:

1. I’m back online.
2. Apple is god. What I was told would be a 7-10 day wait on a repair became a day and a half, including shipping both ways. And that is fucking awesome.
3. Using Windows while my Mac was being resurrected was a surprisingly annoying experience. Even the few hours I spent using OS 9 on an old iMac was better than Windows XP. When did I become so biased?
4. Seemingly, nothing happened on the internet while I was away. Very little catching up to do.
5. I am knitting Quinton a scarf. We picked out the colors together. Looking at them now, the thought that I cannot force out of my mind is “Cosby sweater.” Which is, eh, retro? I love it.

Two things:

• I’m going to be offline for the next couple weeks. It seems someone assassinated my computer, because it was fine one moment and lying lifeless on my futon when I returned to my room five seconds later. I am confident it will all be okay again, it’s just going take a while to send it off to Apple so they can use their voodoo to resurrect it.
• Being in love makes you do silly things, like throwing each other into the fountain, reading chapters of David Sadaris and Sarah Vowell outloud to each other, and spending hours on end naked in bed. For these reasons, I’m a big fan of love.

If you remember my drunken post, you may remember that I mentioned having spent some time that night talking with a boy.

Apparently I was quite charming while drunk, because it seems I now have a boyfriend.

His name is Quinton and he’s pretty gosh darn awesome.

A list of things:

1. The season finale of Six Feet Under managed several suprises.
   1. Holy shit, Hoyt!
   2. I’m hot for Billy. Ohhhhh man.
2. To the locals: If you get a chance to catch Evil Kansas on KUJH, it is one hilarious TV show. I got a sneak preview of episode three when the director let the station manager take a look at it, and I laughed the whole way through. This episode premieres Friday and should be in heavy rotation after that.
3. To my classmate who saw me trip over the curb behind Fraser, thank you for laughing at me. Seriously. I don’t know why, but that made me feel better about being a spaz.
4. I had a dream this morning, woke up and thought, “ha! like that would happen!” And then it did happen. Wow.
5. I keep thinking this whole wireless internet thing will get old, but every day it’s still so awesome.
6. I get to go home this weekend! Yay! And then I get to go to Winfield! Double yay!
7. Either I have lost my mind or I have become an optimist. Sadly, there’s far more evidence to support the argument that I’ve lost my mind.
